39BC

Premium skincare. A tight budget. A hard deadline. A visual world that would have cost a fortune to shoot traditionally. We built it without a studio. This is how we did it.

The Brief

39BC came to us pre-launch. A new bathing brand with a product still in production, a tight budget, and a hard deadline. They had a clear vision: a campaign that felt expensive.

Editorial, 90s-influenced, highly stylised. The kind of visual world that would traditionally require a studio, a photographer, a stylist, location sourcing, and weeks of post-production.

None of that was an option. The goal was Instagram content that would stop the scroll, establish the brand as visually credible from day one, and build real anticipation before a single product had shipped..

The Challenge

39BC didn't have a generic brief. They had a specific vision  editorial, 90s-influenced, highly stylised  and zero budget for the traditional infrastructure that usually brings that kind of aesthetic to life.

No studio. No photographer. No stylist. No location. No weeks of post-production.

The real challenge wasn't producing content. It was reproducing a tightly curated visual language the kind that usually lives behind a full production crew inside an AI-first workflow, without losing an ounce of the aesthetic in translation.

Most AI content looks like AI content. That wasn't an option here.

The Approach

We didn't just prompt and pick. Every visual went through a structured, iterative concept exploration process testing directions, refining the aesthetic language, and stress-testing outputs against the creative references 39BC brought to the table.

We built a prompt architecture specific to this brand. One designed to hold the 90s mood, the product lighting, the colour tone, and the editorial feel consistently across every asset. Brand guardrails were set early and held throughout.

The result was a visual system: not a collection of one-offs: that could produce campaign-ready assets across multiple formats while staying completely locked to the aesthetic.

The results

39BC launched with a full campaign-ready visual set.

Product imagery, editorial assets, and multi-format Instagram content; all produced without a studio booking, a photographer, or a post-production timeline. A campaign of this visual calibre would traditionally have cost significantly more and taken weeks longer.

We delivered it on deadline, on brief, and on brand.

The takeaway

39BC proved something important. A premium aesthetic is not a budget problem. It's a systems and thinking problem. With the right creative direction and the right AI workflow, a brand can launch looking like it's been in market for years — without the overhead of traditional production. That's what we build.
